When writing to us via email please send to the attention of our Sales Department. Please include your transaction ID number, your name, business name, complete address, telephone, and method of payment. Specify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions for a quick turnabout.

ORDERS:
We welcome our customers to place their orders online. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to order other than online, you may telephone us at 704 916 9265 or email your order to us at sales@qcjewelrysupply.com. We will respond to your email within 2 hours the latest.

***Small Orders are welcome*** There is no minimum order!!! We treat small order the same as large quantities.

Special order: QCJS will gladly provide pricing on non-stock and custom items. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on special orders. An invoice will send to you. Special order items are not returnable or exchange. Allow 2-3 days to process your special order. Special order will be shipped using FOB, and it may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept paypal and all major credit cards. Your order is important to us; therefore, we process your order through paypal secure checkout page. You do not need to have an account with paypal in order to checkout. When you click the checkout button you will have the option to pay using paypal or credit cards. Even though QCJS have implemented SSL on our website, we strongly feel your credit card number is for you to keep not anyone else. Thus, we used paypal as a method of secure checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Our customers are our top priority. We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. We ship via USPS to 48 USA states and Canada. We do not send our products to a PO Box or international. You can specific your own carrier such as UPS. All shipping charges, including COD fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Your order will be ship out within 24 hours of clear payment, Monday-Friday.

Standard shipping via USPS Parcel delivery typically takes between 7 to 10 days to arrive. Standard USPS Priority Mail typically takes between 3-4 days to arrive. QCJS will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier web site. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment- tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier system.

RETURNS:
QCJS will gladly accept any return within 7 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by QCJS. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable.

DAMAGES:
QCJS inspects all products before ship them out. For that, we guaranteed that our products are not in anyway damage. We are not responsible for any damage in transit. The carrier is the responsible for damage in transit. Please contact your carriers to make a claim.

Even though we stated that we are not responsible, we are here to help you with any claim you make through the carrier.

Here are a few tips:
1. USPS DAMAGE: If you discover damage after opening package, call USPS for an inspection. Save all packing materials. Do not return package to QCJS yourself.
2. Common Carrier damage: Inspect all merchandise before driver leaves. Note all damages on both your copy and driver copy of freight claim with the carrier.
3. Concealed damages: After opening package, call carrier immediately for inspection. Save all packing materials. If carrier does not respond within 10 days, contact QC&JS Customer Service Department for assistance. It is important to open all cartons immediately to be eligible to file a freight claim.

PRICING:
All prices are subject to change (up or down) without notice. While every effort is made to make our catalog as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to correct any error in description or price in order to improve our accuracy.

BACK ORDERS:
Any item not in stock at time of original shipment will be shipped as soon as possible. Separate shipping charges will be billed for each shipment.
